Factory Tour schedule

During three days we will visit several companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The prepared schedule contains plants from various lines of business of different sizes and with different types of production (mass, series,…). The schedule will be completed continuously. We will visit:

KIA Motors Slovakia s.r.o. in Žilina
A brand that need not be particularly presented. KIA is part of the automotive concern Hyundai Motor Group. Together with the brands Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi and General Motors belongs to the club of the largest automotive producers in the world. In Žilina the cars have been produced since 2006. In the framework of our excursion we will visit selected operations of the weld- and assembly shops. We will also speak about interesting things in the production system of the automotive industry.

KOYO Olomouc
The company Koyo Bearings Česká Republika, s.r.o. belongs to top bearing-producing companies. It is one of the key suppliers for the world automotive brands. The Japanese approach is dominant in managing the factory and the everyday work with people. We will have an opportunity to see the precise character of management in the areas of maintenance and quality management.

Zetor has been a synonym for strength, resistance and effectiveness for 70 years. The company has undergone several changes in production and logistics. During the excursion in production we will aim at the basic tools of preparing material in logistics, line arrangement and at visualising the key performance parameters. Zetor Gallery will be also part of the visit, we will learn here information about the history of the brand.

Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod
A traditional brand of the weapon industry with a tradition of more than 80 years. During this period a lot of legendary weapons have been developed, e.g. the pistols of the range CZ 75 or the submachine guns pattern 58 and pattern 61 Škorpion. In the framework of the  excursion we will see the robotisation elements of CNC machining and the gun barrel production. They will also show us the shop floor management in the form of KATA approach.

ZF Slovakia, a. s.
ZF Slovakia represents the concern ZF in Slovakia and aims at producing the chassis components and components of the driving units. In Levice the BU Bumper Modules produces bumpers for the passenger cars. The manufacturing process consists of the robotic MAG welding, cathodic dip coating and automated hydraulic and modulated assembly. The company utilises the tool of the Lean concept, functional e-kanban and other modern automation elements.

SODECIA MATADOR Business Unit Vráble Slovakia
Matador Automotive Vráble belongs to the industrial group Matador with a share of a Portuguese strategic partner Sodecia Automotive. The company currently continues the strategy of extending the deliveries of the platform parts for the car producers. The sale of next shares in Matador Automotive is in compliance with the long-term strategy of Matador that wants to aim at areas with a higher value added. The technical services and solutions connected with Industry 4.0 are their priority. It is especially designing, developing and producing the robotised and automated lines, development and production of the tools for the industrial lines or development in the area of the material and connecting technologies and production of prototypes as well.

Professional guide

The process owners and people who are responsible for the performance efficiency of the manufacturing plant will accompany you during the whole programme. We will primarily orient on the areas like logistics, production, quality, maintenance, people´s development and the management system.

The main organiser and representatives of our company Matúš Višňanský and Peter Kormanec who have been working in the positions of consultants and project managers in the area of Industrial Engineering for more than 15 years will be a value added of the whole Factory Tour. Already during the Factory Tour you can consult your plans and visions of your company with them.

Standard form of the visit

  • internal preparation (the reason for selecting the plant, recommendations what to aim at during the excursion)
  • excursion in the plant (60 – 90 minutes) with a professional guide
  • discussion with the company representatives
  • internal summary






Cancellation policy:
31 days before the date is a cancellation fee of 0%, 14 to 7 days before the date is a cancellation fee of 50% of the price, 6 up to 1 day before the time is a cancellation fee of 100% of the price.
In case of non-participation of the registered customer, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price is charged.
